TITLE COMPANY: To search the
title, issue a commitment of title and upon
closing, insure your title to the property.
An Escrow Agent, who is a third party, is a
disinterested person that completes the
paperwork as required by the Mortgage Lender
and Title Companies.
INSPECTOR: To inspect the
property for defaults from pests to
structural.
TAX DEFERRED OR EXCHANGE:
To
assist in finding the best tax benefit
available through each investment. |
